The author of  “The Path to Rome” died on this date in 1953.  Helaire Belloc, what a life, what a legacy…what a man; you have to wonder if G.K. would be the figure remebered today without Belloc’s role in his life.

   Joseph Pearce ROCKS! I have always enjoyed his interviews and his books! Did you know that Belloc was a MAJOR walker? Makes Kris’s trips around Lake Zorinzky “pale” in comparision. =D So…walk to your favorite book store and buy EVERY book you see that is written by Joseph Pearce! You will be the richer and wiser for doing so…trust me…I’m from Moose Creek!
